Join us on this 8 day/7 night bus tour as we explore the beauty of Canada’s Maritime provinces Prince Edward Island & New Brunswick and discover the place that inspired Lucy Maud Montgomery’s stories and characters in the Anne of Green Gables book series.
We will start our tour in Acadia National Park before heading into Halifax for a guided tour of the capitol city, the rural beauty of Peggy’s Cove and Lunenburg. We will visit Prince Edward Island and tour the Anne of Green Gables Museum, the city of Charlottetown, and the local fishing harbors. Finishing up the trip we will stop and experience the famous, towering Hopewell Rocks, and the charming waterside town of Saint John.
This trip requires that participants be able to navigate getting on and off a coach bus, climbing and descending stairs, and requires a fair amount of walking over sometimes uneven terrain.
