Standish Parks & Recreation will be offering an introductory ultimate frisbee program. There will be instruction on the rules of the game and also how to properly throw a frisbee. We will run through fun drills and work on our passing accuracy. This activity will promote being active outside and having fun with friends. Once we learn how to play, we will split into teams and scrimmage each other. The program will be held at George E. Jack Elementary School.
