Jump Rope Fitness & Fun

This introductory jump rope program will introduce a variety of ways to jump rope (single rope, long rope, double Dutch), jump rope stunts (heel touch, straddles, crosses, etc.), and choreography of jump rope stunts. By the end of the session we would like to put on a quick routine for family and friends.

  • Tuesdays, May 9 - June 6 (5 weeks)
  • 3:30 - 4:15 pm
