Fit older couple lifting wieghts.

Are you looking for a fun and challenging workout that will help you achieve your fitness goals before the holiday season? If so, come join this all levels class designed for you to be sweating with the sunrise! Every class will incorporate interval style cardio fitness and creative muscle toning exercises using dumbbells and your own body weight. Each exercise can be modified according to your needs and will work to improve your strength, stability and flexibility in an upbeat and engaging way.



 



Class Information





  • Dates: Monday and Wednesday, October 17 – December 16th (18 classes)


  • No class: November 11 & November 25


  • Time: 5:30am-6:30am


  • Fee: $144 for full session


  • Drop-in: $10/class


  • Location: Standish Municipal Center, Sebago Lake Room


  • Instructor: Stefanie Stultz


  • Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and set of weights (dumbbells/kettlebells)




 



Registration prior to class is mandatory and will be accepted at Town Hall or online at www.standishrec.com. Minimum class size of 3 people is required (20 maximum).
