Zumba is a dance fitness program on Thursdays that involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop,soca, samba, salsa, merengue, raggaeton and cumbia. Sheila's motto is, "If you're moving and having fun, you're doing it right!" There is no right or wrong way to Zumba in our class, all are welcome no matter your coordination level. Our goal is for everyone to feel welcome and have a great time getting fit! Come join us for an hour long, fun-filled, dance party!
Zumba Toning, on Mondays, fuses together the fun cardio workout of Zumba, with the toning element of light weights. We will work on tightening up your muscles in both upper and lower body, while dancing to the different rhythms of the world. This workout will be more focused than our regular zumba workiout on Thursdays, but we will still have a great time!
Women, please bring 1 pound weights to start. Men, 2-2.5 pound weights.
