Are you looking to strengthen your body and cardiovascular health while having fun at the same time? This circuit style training class uses a combination of body weight, power and agility moves to increase the heart rate along with strengthen the body. You will leave this class feeling invigorated and motivated to get outstanding results!
Modifications are taught for all exercises. 


Please bring a mat, water bottle and a smile.
